Cambridge Youth Soccer – Let's Play
Vision: We envision a happy and healthy community of children in the city of Cambridge.
Mission: Cambridge Youth Soccer provides every child in Cambridge the opportunity to play soccer in a fun, supportive and competitive environment.
Values: Cambridge Youth Soccer promotes respect, teamwork, personal development, diversity, inclusion, and volunteerism.
Across the country, the focus in youth sports, and soccer in particular, is trending towards travel as opposed to local, drill-based as opposed to fun, and professionally led as opposed to volunteer. We have a different model at CYS. We have created a vibrant, competitive “in-town” soccer program that our youngest kids are choosing in large numbers over club or travel programs, that pulls in kids from all parts of the community, and that represents a competitive, but joyous youth sports experience that has become rare in our culture.
