Attached is a summary of the results from the CYS Coaches Survey that was conducted in fall 2007.

CYS next steps:

1. Develop Parents "Code of Conduct" and parent education materials
2. Distribute Coaching Binder and Novice Coach DVD to coaches prior to or during the Spring season
3. Continue to host coaching clinics for players (Instructors from Mass Youth Soccer will be conducting two coaching clinics for CYS players in the Spring)
4. Continue to host coach licensing courses (USSF "F" course in the Spring)
